I had a great squat day today, but I am noticing my knees are getting a bit aggravated afterward. I’m not getting younger and I have worked the poor body pretty hard this last 48 years. I’m tempted to start using knee sleeves or something similar. I’m curious what you might recomend I see aggressive thickness ones and others are pretty basic. I am not squatting any monster amounts of weight but my knees are feeling like some extra support may help.
I did have a pretty major knee injury 10 years ago it was a Tibia plateau fracture and dislocation, no surgery thank goodness.
