@Akahwaji With the cheese you're eating, I don't think it will be bad for cholesterol. But I'm not an expert. It probably depends what else you are eating regarding your cholesterol. Do you get regular checks to make sure your cholesterol is at a healthy level?
Thanks Scott, I never checked my cholesterol level and I don't have any health issue now , just afraid of having any issue becuase of that amount of cheese.

If you are concerned about cholesterol there is nothing wrong with going to the doctor and check it. I check that + all vitamins and what not once every single year.
cottage cheese have like 17mg cholesterol per 100g. 1 large boiled egg have 180mg cholesterol

The problem is not in the cholesterol level in the cheese, the problem is your liver needs to produce the HDL cholesterol to help to digest the cheese, which too much of it is bad for the body.
The eggs contain LDL cholesterol which is useful and too much of it is not a problem at all so you can eat eggs as much as you want but not cheese or dairy.

@Akahwaji Too much of anything can be bad really. So the question then is are you getting 'too much' from cottage cheese? If you're eating 300g of cottage cheese in a day, that's only 51mg of cholesterol. The average guideline for a healthy person (that I found from a quick search, so it might be slightly different) is 300mg of cholesterol.
Going by those numbers, the amount of cottage cheese you're eating shouldn't be bad at all.
fair enough, Thanks :)
