Hello, I'm new to this site, Tho I have been watching Scott's videos for quite a while, As the title suggests I have problems with my super bulky legs, Be it running or just walking up the stairs, my legs are making me very slow, Currently they are 26 inches, And no, I'm not on roids, It's just genetics, Up to you whenever you believe me or not, Now for my question, Can i train legs without putting on muscle mass?, Can i still Deadlift and Squat regularly?, I know that by not training lower body I'm also missing on some upper body gains, So if anyone has an answer I will gladly hear it, Thanks for reading.
