Definitely conventional for me! I tried sumo a little bit at the start of last year, but never really got into it. Maybe because I had done conventional for so long, it just came more naturally. Granted I think I could pull more with sumo if I trained it more and got used to the movement.

Yeaaaaaah conventional is where it's at!! Haha. Not that I mind which variation people use ðŸ˜
I've always appreciated the full range of motion you get out of conventional, not to say you get less doing sumo by any means that hinders performance but conventional always does it for me!
