Hey guys. I've been using the Hammer Strength Triceps Dip Machine at the gym since November. For the last month, I've been at 115lbs on each arm of the machine. When I describe it to people, how can I do that properly so I sound like I know what I"m talking about? Of course I'd like to tell people that I've doing 230lbs for 30 reps (10 reps at a time), but I want to speak accurately. Today, I actually added an additional 25lbs on each arm for a total of 140lbs on each side (280lbs overall).
