coming back from lunch at Corelife on Tues, wifey wanted to get Starbucks. I got a black cold brew coffee. An hour later was my workout PPL Push-A. It was an amazing workout. I was breaking through previous weight maxes by a few lbs on every exercise without getting tired. I felt like superman. I usually use BSN AminoX pre workout, but have not had a workout like that where I felt so accomplished in a long time.
Was it because of the coffee?
