So recently Ive seen some weird unbalance when it comes to my chest.  It seems like my right pec is more shaped like a pec, and my left pec is bigger but more boob like.  I am not sure why this is or if I will be able to fix it. I could really use any advice I can get, it is starting to really bug me.

Hey man. It's most likely one of two things..

It could be that you have an uneven distribution of fat and there is just a little more in that left pec. There's not really anything you can do about that except lose fat overall, because you can't choose where your body loses fat from.

The other thing is it could be that you actually have a more devloped left pec, which is making it look bigger even though the fat distribution might be the same. In this case, doing more dumbbell work to balance your chest out will help. Maybe even doing some single-arm dumbbell press in your routine where you start with the smaller side to let that dictate how much weight you use/how many reps you do.

Either way, it doesn't look like a boob to me. Some excess fat maybe, but nothing like a boob or moob or anything haha. Do you know what your overall body fat % is?

Don't take this the wrong way but paranoia can be a person's worse enemy when it comes to our own bodies. Just keepworking hard and the progress will come!
