What's going on....   Ive been working hard and love doing my chest. I have noticed a big difference just over the last few months but Can't seem to get any huge gains. As I mentioned elsewhere, my right arm is ok like homer simpson in the arm wrestling episode. LoL.

Now, I can feel my chest gettimg bigger and get a good pump at times. I work hard and get a good stretch and so on an also muscle pain especially when I poke myself in the chest. I'm assuming that is a good thing. Body fat is another problem. I've lost quite a bit of weight over the last  year and hae hit a plateau now. I have had muscle growth so that is probably where the weight is and so on.

Back to the chest. I've just watched the 3 chest exercises video for skinny guys and am trying that tonight. Any further ideas on that would be appreciated. I just have a home set up with bar and dumbells and a couple of benches so that means I don't go to a gym and I can't keep a proper routime because of work (nightshift) which means I am usually stuffed at least 4 days in a row.......

You can workout hard all day long but the diet has to be on point to make the gains. How is your eating habbits? Whats a weekly workout schedule look like for you?

My eating habits are OK. I used to be a chef and did nutrition and menu planning etc so am good there. Always room for improvement though (working on it). I drive and unload semi trailers at supermarkets and we are pushed to be efficient so I'm always on the road but I don't eat junk food or drink soft drinks just water. My main goal is to get to around 78-79kg. I'm hovering around 80-82kgs atm.

My workout schedule is a non thing as I can't do anything regular because of work. I usually have just enough time to get 6 to 7 hours sleep between shifts and then when I'm off I'm stuffed but I can g a good solid 3 workouts in per week plus a bit here and there which i have been doing. I have noticed a difference.

On the up side I walk a lot at work. Usually around 15 to 30 kilometers per night at a fast pace. My legs look good>>>>

I just did a few hours including a good warm up and focussed on my chest. I really focussed and can feel it even more now than usual. My chest is mush or destroyed. Previously it was only partial destruction. I just need to start doing some cardio or interval training as well as weights.

@Nemacysst is right that the @mealplan will play a factor. If you are trying to lose weight at the moment, it will be hard to gain muscle. It will come more once you are back in a surplus. Did you see my video this morning for the only 2 chest exercises you need? I'll link it below.

If you are training just 3 times a week, you might want to make those more like upper/lower/full body workouts, or just all full body workouts to get more volume for your chest. Or, you could try Cheat & Recover to SMASH your chest and FORCE it to grow, and then if you can do a little bit of additional work with the exercises from the video below one other day of the week. https://muscularstrength.com/cheat-and-recover
