I have been using ur meal plan and have question regarding the size of cup.....what is the normal size of cup in mls that u have mention in ur meal plan,i'm asking u this becoz there r varied sizes of cups available in martket,how to choose the exact one?????///really confused.............

Hey man... if your goal is to gain weight and build muscle... and your body is an ectomorph you should eat a lot of calories. it doesn't matter what the size of the cup is. The only thing you should care is your protein intake.. as a basic rules 1 lbs ( weight) per 1g of protein, meaning the protein intake should not exceed your body weight. Now if you're a meso or endo type of body, you should watch of the calories (follow scott meal plan).
