41 year-old Skinny-fat guy is back
I've got three weeks remaining. I was worried about cutting so low, going from 163lbs to my goal of 135lbs at 5'10". At this rate it looks like I'll hit 138lbs.
When I started the cut I moved from powerlifting to the 5-day Bodybuilding routine.
I'm sticking to a strict diet and getting my daily protein.
I've actually made steady strength gains while dropping the weight.
My wife says I'm starting to look like Bart's dog Santa's Little Helper, what do you think?
My shirtless event is March 31. I can't wait to get off this cut.
