Hey guys I am new on this sight but have some questions about my macros in general. Okay so i am 6'2 and 151 lbs, I bike a lot and usually play basketball year round but decided this year to focus on my school work and to get strong and ripped as hell haha. Anyway for the past few weeks I have been running the PHUL program http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/phul-workout, because I still love cycling I cycle for over an hour on my off days and do conditioning work after my workouts. On my workout days I eat 3000 calories 86F 366C and 187P and on my off days I eat around 2700-2800 kals. Do you think this enough? Is my program okay? Advice needed thanks for reading :)

Your protein and fats seem quite good. About the carbs, you have to adjust them according to what you notice as the weeks go by. Your goal is muscle and strength gains so train for about 2 months with those exact macros and see where it gets you. If you make some gains in both departments without adding too much fat, you re golden.
If you notice :
- increase in muscle but increase in fat as well >>> decrease your carbs a little bit OR do some more cardio ( preferably the 1st) - no muscle gains and no fat gains >>>> increase your protein and fats or change your routine
Your routine seems solid especially if you want to build strength as well as muscle. Keep in mind that there is no way to get ripped as hell in 1 year, unless you are already pretty cut. It takes years to build an amazing physique. In my personal opinion, doing this type of workout you will definitely gain a lot of strength but if you focused more on hypertrophy you could get even more muscle gains. Keep us posted though!
