Hey guys, a couple of months ago I injured my lower back by arching too much on the bench press however that weight was 40 kg and I am now at 65 kg so I have improved I guess form the physiotherapy I had. But the muscles in my lower back pelvis hip area are still feeling tight especially during squats or deadlifts. Also when I stand up from sitting down for like 10 minutes My sacrum pelvis and hip crack a little bit but it doesn't really hurt. So what can I do to stop this from happening? Is the cracking because of the muscle tightness? I mean I can run and do whatever but it just worries me. I mean I am only a 16 year old.
