Nation,
A quick training pointer: Don't be someone who trains with "Mo". By "Mo", I don't mean of the Three Stooges fame but rather MOMENTUM. I see too many people down the gym training with Mo and they are accidents waiting to happen. You know the types: They bench heavy and bounce the weight off their chests. They curl heavy with enough back swing to flip a Kettle Bell. They Hack squat heavy and bounce the sled off the bottom, etc, etc. These people are all major injuries waiting to happen and the only growth they gain is in their ego. If they aren't willing to take some friendly advice to train more properly, you are not responsible for what happens to them physically. As I always say, the weight doesn't matter. It is a means to an end. The only time weight matters is in Powerlifting. If your goal is bodybuilding/building your physique, check the "weight ego" at the door or the next door you will see will be the one in your hospital room :-)
