Okay so last year i started going to the gym for about 5 months whilst playing football reqularly i got pretty lean and strong but my gym has closed so i stopped and now since last week ive started going again im a college student aswell and i did put on weight alot im somewhere around 84kg. I will try and fill in more of my details soon also would like to know im 17 and 18 in march is it worth doing intermittent fasting to lose some fat belly and back fat whilst training at my age and for how many days and how long? and also looking for a routine to follow for now. i will eventually take photos aswell
