What's up Nat... I mean, Hi!
I have 2 questions. 1. Is it better to work on single biceps part like only focusing on short head or is it better to train both heads in one workout? (for muscle gain) 2. I know that Biceps Curl works on different head with different grips. How about biceps concentration curl?
Can you please, provide some exercises that isolates short and long head of a biceps?
