What's up Nat... I mean, Hi!

I have 2 questions.
1. Is it better to work on single biceps part like only focusing on short head or is it better to train both heads in one workout? (for muscle gain)
2. I know that Biceps Curl works on different head with different grips. How about biceps concentration curl?

Can you please, provide some exercises that isolates short and long head of a biceps?

Hi @Fenistoteles!

1. Aim for two different movements that put more emphasis on each head. That way you are getting the best of both worlds!

2. Concentration curls are mostly the outside head because it's basically the same as using a narrow grip.

Exercises for the Long Head: Narrow-Grip Barbell Curls, Narrow Grip Preacher Curls, Drag Curls

Exercises for the Short Head: Wide-Grip Barbell Curls, Wide-Grip Preacher Curls, Seated Incline Dumbbell Curls
