Hey guys, I've been procrastinating from building a meal plan and sticking with a routine, mainly because the nutrition side of things seems confusing and the routines all have exercises that I find hard to execute with proper form (Deadlifts, Squats and BB Bench).
I'm looking for motivation to kick my ass into gear and start getting things done.
I've been looking online for how much muscle you can gain in your first year of training properly but I find very different information, and some of the before and after pictures I've seen are definitely unrealistic for someone natural.
I was hoping you guys could possible show me some before and after pictures of natural transformations to help motivate me!
Just a little information on me, I'm 6ft, 23 years old and about 140lbs, so if you could find any transformations from skinny people that would be most appreciated, thanks!
