I figured this could be solved with more diligent google searches, but I figured I'd get some advice from the people available to me on this site!
I've been wanting to incorportate daily Yoga into my life no matter the workout I'd do, however I'm wondering what's all of your takes on when to do it? I've seen that Yoga after a workout is more beneficial, but are there people who do it before who find it more effective?
Also is there any advice on specific stretches whether before or after that anyone feels are crucial to do? Outside of the toe touches what are specific stretches that work for you all when entering into a workout to ending one? Do specfic workouts require specific stretches to maximize benefits?
