Exercise for 3-4 months
Previously, i did workout routine for 3 months (Sept-Des 2013). After that, i didn't workout for 10 months and just started to do it since 3 weeks ago. I gained 6 pounds this 3 weeks

I think that you have a good core to start from but there's also a long way to go. I'd like to know what your current routine is. Can you tell us that? After that, we can look for a next step in your process for you.
I work in the office on Monday-Friday. I usually do physical exercise at gym after that, about 4-6 times a week, taking a full rest on Sunday.
I do exercise for my chest and back 2 times a week. Chest training on Monday and Thursday. Back training on Tuesday and Friday. I do that to give those muscles a rest for 2-3 days. I do exercise for other muscles almost every day. What do you think about my exercise schedule? Is there any things I should change with it?
I think to do exercise for my chest and back 3 times a week but I have no idea whether it's good or not.
I need some advices.
It is hard to say without knowing exactly what you are doing for sets and reps for each muscle group. Why don't you write out your entire weekly schedule as well as fill us in on your WEIGHT, BODYFAT % and your CALORIES, PROTEIN, CARBS, AND FAT for the day :)

Oh i see. Now i'm understand about what you mean. Previously I never write out it. I just try to remember it in my brain :D. Thank you for the nice advice guys. :)

Looking great man :) I can relate to you cause I've always been a super small guy too but just recently finally figured out my recipe for them gainz! One muscle group in particular I think could use some work is your traps. As you don't have a back picture on here judging from your traps I'm assuming the rest of your back needs some work as well. Training back is soooo important! Plus chicks dig them big muscular shoulders and back ;) all in all though looking good bro, keep it up :)
