Hey all! I've been into fitness and working out for the past 2 years, but I never really knew what I was doing. A few months ago I started doing some serious research and dedicated myself to body building and getting my body to the level of fitness I want. About a month ago I discovered Scott Herman, I became an instant fan, started improving my form, full range of motion, and nutrition according to Scott's videos and in the last month I've made some seriously noticeable gains in strength, tone, and size! I'm officially a Hermanite and am officially obsessed with fitness more than ever! If you ever read this Scott, you have motivated me to train harder, improve myself, and made me a better person just from watching your videos because you are such an awesome guy that simply wants to improve the world and help people reach their goals.
