You can start training now. There is nothing you can do about height, it is what it is, its genetics. Training does not have anything to do with height.

training will not stunt your growth. That's predetermined by genetics. If anything, HGH while you're still young might make you taller (and HGH production can rise with exercise/lifting).
I would suggest since you're still young and just starting, you go into a simple routine for a little bit (where you will see some gains, but it's mostly about getting muscle imbalances out, so mostly unilateral exercises), and then I suggest you go into barbell/compound movements and do linear progression there. You will most likely see AMAZING results with linear progression due to your age and the fact that you're just starting out as long as you're keeping your diet in check (don't be afraid to bulk for a while, just keep it to a slow bulk).
I wish I were 16 again and had this passion for lifting. I was always athletic, but I never got into the gym until I was already 20+. Still seeing some dope results though!
Hey hey @virak! You can start training now my man! I started when I was 12 years old in my basement, then moved onto a real gym when I was 14!!
