Hey everybody,
I'm doing the shred challenge and trying to lose weight and build muscle at same time.
I have a question, i eat 2 eggs per day, its the only protein i eat or when i drink milk. I want to ask if its bad to eat 2 eggs per day or if i need to take whey protein or if the 2 eggs gives me enough of protein for one day?

That is not enough protein. I eat 7 whole eggs everyday. I also eat chicken, tuna, whole fat greek yogurt, and nuts to get my protein. You need to eat a wide variety of food to get your protein macros. I add in a whey and casein protein supplement to augment my protein intake. 2 eggs and some milk is probably 1/6 of the amount of protein you need to get each day to build muscle.
And, "no" whole eggs are not bad for you, will not cause heart disease, and will not fill your blood with cholesterol. Those nutritional myths have already been disproven and are based on flawed science from the 1950s. Fat does not cause heart disease and is not bad for you. Naturally occuring fats in whole foods (not processed fats in junk food) are essential for health and growth.

You eat 2 eggs and consume some milk ? Thats probably 20-30 grams of protein max. I consume 200 grams of protein right now. Sounds like you are consuming way to little protein. And no you should not start whey protein, you should eat more food.
