There is no average gains as everyone is different. What is consistent is that you will make your most size and strength gains the quickest during your first 2 years of lifting. After that, growth and strength increases slow unless you are using steroids.

@jmboiardi is spot on. Generally you'll see your best gains during your first 1-2 years of lifting. That might be why you are seeing such significant growth already, which is great! Guess you are doing something right! :-D
@Scott_Herman Well the only real advice I've had about lifting would be from your vids so whatever I'm doing right is thanks to you :) I am fairly new to the world of lifting so that could be part of it. Beginners luck? :)
