Are there other workouts at home, I can do for the abs?

Yeah man, go to the @exclusive section and check out the 'REAL TIME WORKOUTS'. I have 3 ab specific workouts that you can do at home with just your bodyweight! 🙌

I've been doing these exclusive section ab routines for almost over a week now. They're great!

Is ok like this?

 

Day 1: workout routine chest/upper body/ legs (routine I got from William Steinset )

Day 2: hittin' the abs and obliques with the real time workouts

Day 3: (like day 1)

Day 4: (like day 2)

So you're basically going Full Body, Abs, and repeat? That sounds OK man! From your photos it looks like you're seeing great results!
