Day 1: workout routine chest/upper body/ legs (routine I got from William Steinset )
Day 2: hittin' the abs and obliques with the real time workouts
Day 3: (like day 1)
Day 4: (like day 2)
So you're basically going Full Body, Abs, and repeat? That sounds OK man! From your photos it looks like you're seeing great results!
