I have ulcerative colitis but more importantly I have hemorrhoids - any excercises I should avoid? My trainer at gym told he also had hemmies but he doesn't have a hard time with anything so I'd be fine. My hemmies aren't very painful either, I don't even use any meds for it but they don't bother me at all. Still wanted to make sure doing squats or leg press etc. wouldn't cause me any injury.

I don't have much experiance with this... can you give me an idea of what you are doing now? What people are telling you to do or not do?

You should be OK if you don't train too heavy. Deadlifts, squatting, and leg press put a lot of pressure on the abdominal cavity. If you train with light to medium weights and breathe properly, you should have no issues.
As per our discussions on your previous post, you need to find a way to eliminate or minimize the source inflammation causing the UC.

My gym trainer didn't put any restrictions due to my condition as far as I know. I squat with a 15 kg barbell(3 sets, 12 reps) and do the leg press with 40 kg weight(again 3 sets, 12 reps). I recently went up to 50 kgs with leg press to push myself a bit harder though. I've been using my current workout plan for around 7 weeks so I'm probably gonna change it when I go back home(I'm at my homeland to see my mom and dad at the moment).
Other than these two, I do leg curls and leg extensions in my leg exercise day.
I do crunches(on some kinda bench, in a horizontal sitting position, don't know if that variation has different name, it feels much harder than a normal crunch though I always have a hard time completing my 2. and 3. sets), hyper extensions(with a 4 kg weight), roman chair sit-ups and leg raises(again, on a bench, lying on a horizontal position) on my ab day.
Rest is chest, shoulder and arm exercises. I can include my complete program next time I post, if other exercises are relevant to my question.
@jmboiardi can UC cause any injuries during a workout or is your advice just about my hemmies?

You need to be careful with both UC and hemorrhoids because the exercises I mentioned previously as well as abdominal exercises put a lot of pressure on your gut. As Scott has discussed in several videos, we all have an "internal belt" as part of our core that stabilizes the body during lifts like squats, deadlifts, bicep curls, etc. In your situation, it is best to not push too hard so as not to put undue strain on your gut.

Sad to hear that about ab exercises😢 I was so enthusiastic about getting a six pack as fast as possible. Something might have already gone wrong though; im weak for my height(178 cm, 140 pounds of body weight) and have around 13 percent body fat. My belly still sticks out but I can feel the abs a bit. Maybe I loosened that internal belt or something?

Low body fat thru proper nutrition is what makes ab show not doing endless amounts of ab work. That just builds the muscle. Your belly sticks out because you could have more visceral fat (internal around your organs) than subcutaneous fat (directly under the skin). Also, Cortisone causes you to maintain water and fat so part of what you are seeing is the direct side-effects of Prednisone not that you have "loosened" your internal belt.

Good to know, rest looks ok but my belly is really ugly 😢 Again, thanks a lot for your help.

No worries - glad I could help. Hopefully some of this new medication will work for you. Prednisone has its uses but using it long term leads to many problems. If you try some of the additional diet modifications we discussed - more anti-inflammatory fats like coconut oil and Omega 3's - along with your training, I think you can transform your physique quite nicely over time :-)
