Oh man, if your biceps are lagging you are going to LOVE these exercises.  Especially the third one. It isolates the short head so good!

Ive been throwing these in for a while now. Great way to change it up.. These movments feel GREAT!!!!

If you didn't pass out or puke......YOU GAVE UP!!

If I dont have barbells how do I do these wide grip bicept as in you video.

You can try it with dumbbells..just make sure that you don't hold the dumbbells by your side, hold them maybe 2-3 inches away from your body.
