I think it is too heavy. You need to bend over more so your upper body is parallel to the floor and DOESNT MOVE during the movement. Just your arms should move. :-D

Thanks Scott. I have pendlay rows this wednesday so i'll try to make my form better.

Just wish they had bumper plates to make deadlifting a bit easier.
