What's up man? Welcome! In general no matter what body type you are is not as big of a deal for training as it is to you macros. You need to know how much and what to eat. Check out this video.

Don't get me wrong the way you train is important but it comes down to recovery. You need to know how your body recovers, eat right and sleep well. Do you respond better to once a week or twice a week frequency? 6 days a week training at 1 body part twice a week is too much for a beginner. Most beginners can gain muscle at first no matter what they do. Full body 3 days a week is a good start. You can even do Push/Pull/Legs at once a week. You can do Upper/Lower Split once a week or twice a week. Reall the best place to start is by making sure you eat right and train around 3-4 days a week using all major Compound lifts Chest Presses, Overhead Presses, Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-Ups and Rows to build yourself a good foundation of muscle. Down the road you can pick things up a bit and throw in isolation exercises. If you start out at 6 days a week doing twice a week per bp and doing what 6-7 exercises a day? You will be overloading yourself and burning out quick on top of doing what an advanced lifter would just starting out and it's going to be hard 5+ years down the road pushing yourself much past that if that makes sense? You have to build a starting foundation and train your body CNS and all so you can advance and adapt.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. MS Athlete/Super Hermanite BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL.
