I'm starting to do arnold presses. What's everybody's opinion on it? I'm not replacing my regular shoulder presses with arnold press, I just do the regular ones on another day.

It's a good variation that adds some forearm work as well. I've mixed them in with regular shoulder presses. I've mixed in Cuban presses as well.
I do arnold presses and lateral raises and bent over raises or what you call them in a 7,7,7 reps 3 set as shoulder workout standard. Then every now and then I might throw in a Military press standing too.
I use both on my shoulder days as I find the Arnold press works my rear delts more. Start off with normal shoulder press, then move onto an Arnold/lateral raise superset.

Robert,
Arnold presses are great to add variety to your pressing movements for shoulders. When done correctly, they hit all 3 heads. Most presses predominately hit the anterior deltoid, however. I am a big fan of behind-the-neck-presses but they are very controversial and some people can't do them biomechanically. For those who can, they activate the most shoulder fibers and hit all 3 heads. My shoulder development has been very balanced due to years of BTN pressing combined with lateral raises.

I ended up not liking arnold presses that much. decided to just stick with the barbell and dumbbell shoulder press. Maybe one day when my shoulder mobility improves I'll try the behind the neck press.
