  • Hanging knee raise-5x5
  • Weighted/body weight, chinups-5x5
  • Plank hold-3x60 seconds
  • Weighted/body weight, pull ups-5x5
  • Weighted/body weight, Iso-holds-3x 30-60 seconds (with neck just over the bar, hold your body in a pull up position)

*5x5(Stronglift)= 5set of 5reps.

Dang!!! 5x5 on a hanging knee raise.. how much weight are you pullng! Awesome!

Haha!! actually I kinda do it as a warm-up session for powering up my core, relax my shoulders and spine. For this, I hold a 10 lbs dumbbell between my feet and after the whole session if I don't feel enough, I drop down and try to kill myself with 5x10 Divebombers(Good Finishers). It's fun though!! ;P

for Iso holds I use 25 lbs and Damn!! it's hard to hold after you've done weighted Chins and Pulls. BUT WORTH IT!!
