Ill put pictures of what the doc wrote about my cyst and its been hurting over a month its Scary but doctor told me not to worry about it i ran HIV tests STD's and other infection urine tests and everything came negative if someone has experienced pain like this how long did it last and how did you manage to take the pain away doctor told me its not the cyst that is causing the pain cause i have pain on both testicles and went to 2 different doctors aswell they couldent find whats causing the pain
and sorry guys writing about testicles just wondering if anyone has experienced this been in pain over a month :/
Believe it or not you could have a pulled muscle in your leg/groin that is pulling on your testicals. Mostly like its in the area of your inner thighs. Can you find a massage therapyst that knows how to release tight muscles?
Straight up tell them that you have pulled something that is now causing you discomfort on your testicals and you think it might be a pulled abductor or something in that area.
I hope this clears up soon for you.

Bojan,
It could actually be the combination of a spermatocele and groin muscle tightness. A spermatocele is a cyst like sack that forms in the epididymis and can be quite painful. Many people get them. Sometimes lifting can aggravate the issue. When you do leg-centric exercises like squats, leg press, or heavy compound exercises like deadlifts, you create a lot of internal pressure in the scrotum. The groin muscles also are called into action and this tense flexing can pull on the ligaments that hold the testes in place thus stretching the epididymis. This can cause pain if you have existing spermatoceles. These are not hydroceles or varicoceles as hydroceles are an accumulation of fluid in the scrotum and a varicocele is an abnormal formation of blood vessels in the scrotum.
The only way to relieve the pain is icing your scrotum and taking some anti-inflammatories. I have a spermatocele and sometimes it acts up and many times it doesn't. There are many factors that can aggravate it like heat or pants/underwear that are too tight in the groin area.

its feeling less painful over time but i doubt it its from lifting because when i perform any workout i dont feel any pain there i can squat deadlift and many other compound movements and it does not hurt
