Hello all! I watched Scott's video on college today and he's inspired me to scructure my time and schedule to CUT procrastination completely out of my life so I could get the most out of my time, but more importantly maximize my GAINS! (Strength and brain gains
) Diet I generally think I could handle, what I desperately need is a workout routine to follow for the next couple months. I've been lifting on and off since February, but without any kind of real structure. I weigh 155 pounds, little to no body fat, 6 feet tall. I don't want just a big chest or massive arms, I want muscle gains EVERYWHERE. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
