I've been working on fixing my anterior pelvic tilt for a while. I know what i have to do, but i'm having trouble finding a good ab strengthening exercise that works either Rectus Abdominus or the external obliques and not activating Psoas and Iliacus.

These exercises will enable you to keep your glutes activated & mantain proper pelivc alignment while working your abs to perform / stabilise the movements.

Hi Andyy,

every crunch (not sit-up!) will do desired job. Psoas and Iliacus are hip flexors and if you want to throw them out of equation, every hip flexion must be avoided.

Help yourself with swiss ball in weight plates.
