John,

yeah we can debate the last 2 years. If he used something or not. He upped up his exercises too. Adding really heavy weights to all the bar exercises etc. Let's assume it's a combination of the both hehe ^^

But yeah nontheless til 2013 it shows really nice, what one can "await" from hard work and dedication - which not to argue he has more than enough - and that nothing worldmoving is to be achieved within a few month of training or a year.

I think many people are missing a real reference how one can change from what they are, into the people they see that are already 'there'. They have no idea how long of a way this is, and see all these "change within 6 weeks" falsifying advertisements. And 'we promise you to look like this within 3 month' yadda yadda...

On top of that we live in a time where everything is awaited to be happening instantly and there is no patience.

Mix all this and you have people with no perception for what a body can achieve naturally and what not, and in what time.

I think 2014 is out of place and maybe fits in before 2012. JMO!

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. MS Athlete/Super Hermanite BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL.

Might have been he leaned down due to his biceps surgery. I am not a fan-person in general so i don't know much details. But even the image says that this was the year he had the surgerys. Just a guess.
