Aaron has given you some good points to consider too.
Now that I know you are doing so many drop sets, yeah that is a lot haha. I mean, 4 sets of 4 drop sets, that is what, like 40-50 reps PER set? So for one exercise, you would be doing maybe 150-200 reps? Maybe this is more on the endurance side than muscle gain?
Then again, if you respond to high volume, maybe it is good? Maybe do it for one more week (to make approx. one month with this programme) change it someway. Try it the new way for a month, and see what results you get that way.
