@Kamyar no exercises alone will burn stomach fat.
If you want to lose fat, as I said, you need to get your meal plan sorted. How you eat greatly effects how much fat you carry. The sooner you can sort out that meal plan, the sooner you can start losing some of that fat.
Abdominal exercises will build your abs, but if your body fat percentage is still high, you won't have that definition that you want.
Total body workouts burn a lot of calories, so they can be good for losing fat.
Also remember that you cannot spot reduce fat. When you lose fat, your body loses it from lots of different areas, not necessarily just your abdomen. And for males that is often one of the places that takes the longest to lose.
