I do agree with @Mcmike, anything is possible if you put your mind to it. But I will say this @Mortalblood...

Genetics will play a huge part in achieving this. Someone with great genetics and dedication to their diet and training for many, many years may be able to achieve something similar to what Zyzz did.

However, the ability to do this, naturally, in the same time as Zyzz did, would definitely be unrealistic.

Is it possible naturally? Yes, probably. But, it comes down to a number of factors which would have to be in your favour, and it will not be possible for everyone.

Hi Jordan,

When you say "naturally" what factors are you considering as not natural? Would you say steroids are the only thing that makes him not natural or there's other factors that make someone classified as "unnatural"

Bojan,

Honestly if you want to know what is achievable naturally just look at Scott's physique. Zyzz's physique, while partly a product of gifted genetics, also was more than likely built with steroids. His own brother was arrested for steroid distribution. One of the key give-aways in an enhanced versus a natural athlete is the size of the deltoid-trap-upper chest area in relation to the rest of the body and level of body fat. The majority of the population have the highest androgen receptors in these areas and the least in legs and calves. When a physique has cannon ball shoulders, large traps, and a full upper chest, and skin thin as rice paper this is a clear sign of anabolic or growth hormone use. Now before this creates a controversy, I am not saying this means anyone with well developed shoulders, traps, and upper chest or is very lean is on juice. What I mean is if this area is overly developed in relation to the rest of the body and they are extremely lean and vascular (especially when not working out), it is indicative of steroid use. The bigger these areas, the more likely the person uses steroids regularly.

Now for Zyzz, if you look at this photo you can see his shoulders and traps are quite developed in relation to the rest of his body. He was also extremely lean. Now I agree some of this is the product of gifted genetics but a lot of this was due possibly to infrequent anabolic use. I say "infrequent" because he is not Jay Cutler huge. The majority of supposed "natural" body builders use anabolics or growth hormone (which is NOT a steroid) periodically to build their physiques. Growth hormone is tricky in that it is undetectable after 30 minutes of use and it is not a steroid so an athlete using it is not lying when they say they don't use steroids.

I am not trying to defame Zyzz and I know he trained hard and ate well but the type of physique he built in 4 years, while outstanding, is questionable when you look at the 16 years Scott has put into his. Zyzz probably had more gifted genetics than Scott or me but you still can't compress time. It takes time to build a physique that is large, symmetrical, and lean regardless of training, genetics, or diet. When I see all the images posted of him on the internet and take into account his young age, I just don't believe it is 100% achievable naturally.

We have our own genetics my friend.... all we have to do is to improve it. You can't have the same physique but you hold the power to change of what you have and become the best version of yourself inside and out.

Hey bro.

Yeah when I say natural I am talking about steroid use. That is basically the one thing you use to determine between a natural athlete and un-natural athlete.

I haven't done a lot of research on steroids, but there are many out there, so there are lots of different ways for a person to end their natural status.

If you were thinking about supplements, they don't class you as 'un-natural'. The point of supplements is to aid your already spot-on meal plan so you can make the most growth and biggest gains. Most supplements are definitely not what I would call 'un-natural', as they are important to see the best results from your training. You just have to use them correctly.
