Hey, Any tips on chest exercise that helps against this. Or should I just train, One chest side* at the time. Like dumbell row?

You can do exercises where you train one side of your chest at a time, but make sure you always train BOTH sides.

Do you have one side of the body which you feel is slightly weaker than the other?

Are you going full range of motion on both sides when doing dumbbell presses or even the bench press? Try and make sure you lower the weights at the same level.

See if this gives you any tips too:

Pontus,

Dumbells are the best way to go to address muscle imbalances both in size and strength. However, I don't see any major imbalance with your chest. The shape of your muscles are genetically pre-determined. Nobody is 100% symmetrical. Also, we tend to see things in ourselves that others do not. I totally understand as I am convinced my right pec is smaller and less dense than my left and my right arm is smaller than my left arm - even though I am right-handed. People who I tell this too don't see it and think I am crazy :-)
