I'm making chicken tenderloins and marinating half a bag with a 38oz jar of organic salsa and cooking it with the salsa, it says 2g of sugar per serving for about 30 or so servings I believe,
this sugar isn't bad since it's natural from tomatoes right?
I kind of have an issue with gerd, but eating fresh salsa or organic foods usually doesn't trigger this ulcer and vomiting feeling i usually feel when i eat fast food,
besides the tomatoes issue, the sugar in the organic salsa isn't gonna break out my acne or spike my insulin?
