Hey Ali

Can you please give more detail about the accident that happened 4 years ago? and at which parts of the body the calcification and shifting of bones are ocurring? as the X-ray just shows the back but you are also complaining about thighs and knees.

Calcification is a gradual accumulation of calcium in an area of your body tissue. Most of the calcium absorbed by your body ends up in your bones and teeth, where it is most needed. Excess calcium is usually dissolved in the bloodstream for excretion in the urine, but it is normal for a certain amount to collect in an area of the body tissues, this collection of calcium then hardens the tissue. Calcification can be the body’s protective response to injury, as well as part of a natural inflammatory reaction to infection, trauma, or autoimmune disorders.

So your injury 4 years ago is probably the reason for calcification combined with high calcium/vitamin D ratio, shifting of bones in back is serious issue that is slip disc. Normally, the bones of the spine (the vertebrae) stand neatly stacked on top of one another. Ligaments and joints support the spine. Slip disc alters the alignment of the spine. In this condition, one of the spine bones slips forward over the one below it. As the bone slips forward, the nearby tissues and nerves may become irritated and painful.

You need to get an MRI Scan and proper medical care and physical therapist who after evaluating your condition can assign positions and exercises to ease your symptoms and also improve flexibility in your low back and hamstrings and to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. Get an appointment as soon as possible cause calcification and slip disc cannot be taken lightly as they can cause serious long tem problems.

Hope it helps

Hey man,

Doesnt seem very serious to me. I can see that at least one vertibrae is out of alignment, which is probably causing nerve irritation. Its at your lower back so your knees/hips/ankles will probably be affected. But you havent tried everything. You have tried almost nothing. We cant give you this kind of advice over the internet. You have to visit a sports therapist. They will tell you what stretching exercisises you need to do, to fix the issue. You cant fix this by jumping rope or sitting around. This is not about rest and recovery. This is about mis-alignment of your spine which was probably caused by the accident, but now its time to fix it. Months and month of stretching will fix your issue but you will feel much better as soon as you start stretching.

First 2 doctors told you some bullshit. You didnt get it from too much exercise, and you dont need to rest it. In fact resting it will make it worse because you get more stiff and you lose mobility around the joint. 3rd doctor told you some bullshit as well. Yes you need to stretch, but not all stretches will help you. Some stretches will do the exact opposite. From what I can tell from your XRAY, and I cant tell much, I would say your lower back is hyperextended a little bit. If that is the case you should be doing stretch no.2 but with both legs at the same. Knees to face as much as possible. Stretch no.3 is also excellent. Stretch no.1 and no.4 are alright but there are better options. Finally no.5 will get you to the hospital screaming from the pain.

Search the internet for some low back stretches as well as hip flexor stretches and hamstrings stretches. Do those every day as many times as possible. Never stop doing these stretches. You should not be lifting weights if you are in pain. Cardio is fine. Do some jump rope, do some running or jogging but make sure you are not over extending your low back. Keep everything straight.

i done this streches but i dont feel my body is getting better instead my lower back fet a little pain ( after doing number 5 )

i agree with you about the number 5 cuz my spine are shifting to the inside if i keep doing number 5 is it going to get worser?

oh yea i almost forgot a friend of mine told me that i need restore my shifted bone to the place where it should be, she told me that i need

to do this

so i did and when i finish and i try to lean on the floor my back kinda felt something like it felt really heavy for a while but other than that i felt great ( i felt no pain for a few hours )

Its not going to get better by doing stretches for 3 days. Those things take time and you need to make progress with the stretches, similarly to exercises. Over time you want to increase your range of motion. You only want to increase ROM that you are missing. Doing a hyperextension stretch (no.5) will make it worse because it is increasing an already extreme ROM.

Your friend was probably talking about chiropractic adjustment, which just provides a relief for some hours and then you return to your normal pain. The bone will return to its natural position if the muscles around it are in balance. Right now the muscles behind the bones of your lower back are too tight and they are pulling on your spine.

Those stretches you provided in the pictures are excellent Do the first and second with BENT knees to shift the focus to your lower back instead of hams/calves. The 3rd is also an excellent stretch that targets the rotation of your lower back. For every degree of rotation you gain, you gain an additional degree for your flexion. Definitely do all those.
