Hey Scott,
I have been trying to find a good weekly routine for awhile now. I want to incorporate the maximum growth series in my weekly routine but also some fast paced fat burn stuff as well... What does a normal week at the gym look like for you? My goal is to build strength, size (but not too much) and shed some body fat.
I am up to date with all your routines, but I'm just curious about what routines you do throughout the week.
