my left shoulder is higher than right and i was looking for exercises to stretch upper trap i found some on youtube but it wasn't convenient so who can give me the exercise that i can do for that

Hey man,


Just stick to the basics. Sit on a bench or a chair. Grab hold of the bench with your left hand so that your shoulder is anchored. Then with your right hand grab your head and slighly and gently pull your head so that your neck bends laterally. Just make sure you are sitting correctly and you are not slouched over.

And for future reference, stretching is not an exercise. You dont "do" stretching, you "allow" stretching. That is why sets and time and stuff like that does not matter. All that matters is that you relax and lengthen the muscle. You can perform a stretch as many time a day as you like. I would stretch the trap 3 times a day for "optimal" results.

I'm not a huge fan of the upper traps being "tight". I would therefore have you look at whether the opposite side traps are weaker.
