Hey guys, check out this leg routine I did the other day when my gym was closed. I used to do a lot of plyometrics when I did basketball, and despite being scrawny, short, and weak, I had a stand-still vertical of almost 30 inches. Try this routine out and let me know what you think.
3-4 rounds. 30 second rest in between each exercise. 60-90 second rest each round.
Triple Jump x 5
One-Legged box jumps x 10 each leg
Walking Lunges x 8 each leg
One-Legged squats or pistol squats (depending on strength) x 8 each leg
