Hey guys I just started a new cutting diet im just wondering if this is good for cutting and should i improve anything When i started gym i was 89.1 kg and now i'm 69.5 kg but want to get shredded im 5 ft 9 at this point and 16 years old

Boil 5 eggs eat 2 whole
oats 50 grams with 2 scoops of protein
Snack
Eat brown rice 100 g
50 grams of almonds
After gym
Drink 2 scoops of protien
50 grams of oats
Dinner
200 grams of chicken breast
3 egg whites
All together 1567 calories
