Hey guys I just started a new cutting diet im just wondering if this is good for cutting and should i improve anything When i started gym i was 89.1 kg and now i'm 69.5 kg but want to get shredded im 5 ft 9 at this point and 16 years old

 


Breakfast

Boil 5 eggs eat 2 whole
oats 50 grams with 2 scoops of protein

Snack
Eat brown rice 100 g
50 grams of almonds

After gym
Drink 2 scoops of protien
50 grams of oats

Dinner
200 grams of chicken breast
3 egg whites


All together 1567 calories

Boiled eggx2 = (154 cals ) (10.56 fat ) (12.58 protein)
Rolled oats 50 grams = 194kcal | Fat: 4.00g | Carbs: 32.80g | Prot: 6.30g
Protine 40 grams + (304 cals ) (2.8 g carbs ) (fat 0.6 g ) (Prot 70.6 )
Egg whites x3 = (51 cals ) (0.6 carbs ) (10.8 prot) (0.3 fat )

Brown rice 100 grams = (0.9 gfat ) (23 g carbs ) (2.6 g protine )
almonds 50 g = (Calories 289g) (fat 25.32 g) (carbs 9.87g) (prot 10.63)

Oats again with protine <-- same protine as i use for breakfast

skinless chicken breast 200 grams = (220 cals ) (2.4g Fat ) (46.1 g prot) (2 g Carbs )
3 egg whites again

are all the nutrition facts for my diet thats posted ontop and thank you scott for replying and please help if i need to ass something to my diet my routine is

Monday-Chest sometimes triceps aswell 70% of the time
Tuesday-Back and biceps
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday-Sholders and triceps
Friday-Chest again with something else depends how i feel

I also rewined my metabolism from previous diet can that be fixed being dieting the whole week stuck on 69.3 in morning afternoon im 70 ish

This is my brown rice i some how managed to get wront nutrition facts about my rice everything is fine im just wondering is this brown rice healthy or is it bad and my diet is not 1567 cals its actually 1815 and this is my brown rice can you tell me if its healthy or not will be wonderful thank you

and these are my nutrition facts as you told me to post and my workout routine is in my previous post

Brown rice 100 grams = 359 calories
protien 2 scoops = 152 calories
Chicken breast 200 grams + 220 calories
Boil 2 whole eggs= 154 calories
boil 3 egg whites =51 calories
oats 50 grams = 194.5 calories <-------------------- Nutrition facts for everything
almonds 576 per 100 grams 50 grams is 288 25 grams 144


Breakfast
