Hey Mervin,

 

I wonder why you are doing so "unspecific" warmup for chest and tricep workout...butt kicks, lateral hops, leg strech (static?). Wouldn't be better some shoulder (like Scott's video) warmup exercise, arm circles, elbow circles, etc. Some more specific warm ups and dynamic streching for joints and muscles which will be used in workout.

Nice feedback! I do it on purpose.. the jumping jacks, butt kicks and lateral hops plus the leg stretches are actually my warm up before I perform the ropes.. while doing the ropes, my shoulders are rotating and everything else are moving.. obviously I am doing cardio first cuz I love to lift with higher heart rate and my goal is to shred fats and build some lean mass... I appreciate the fact that you actually took time to analyze my routine! :)
