Are supplements bad for teenagers?
They are not bad, but are not necessary either.
If you are going to the gym, you should be taking a PROTEIN powder. Aside from this, teenagers generally don't need any energy boosting supplements.
Teenagers generally have fast metabolisms and lots of energy, so shouldn't need to be taking a huge stack of supplements.
It is your own choice, but it is advisable to learn to use your own energy in the gym before getting assistance from other supplements.
