Leg-Lift Version 1 (Cybex)

Goal: Warm-Ups Level: Beginner Primary: Upper Abdominals Lower Abdominals Secondary: Obliques Lower Back Equipment: Machine

Exercise Description

Starting Position:

  1. Position yourself in the machine so that your back is flat against the pad and your arms are at a 90Ëš angle.

Action:

  1. While maintaining a neutral spine; raise your legs to a 90Ëš angle. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

Special Instruction: Try not to let your feet come back beyond your hips. If possible keep them out in front of you slightly.
