About Me
I've always been "in shape" throughout my whole life and love exercising and playing sports although I never truly took my training seriously. I now have the motivation to get started training and eating correctly and hopefully I will have the discipline to see the end results. I will be starting Scott's 12 week transformation challenge (started on 3/27, using the PPL routine) and will be pushing myself to go "wicked hahhhhd" (*read in Scott's Boston accent of course*)...
