Hello! Im from finland and im 15 years old, soon turning 16. My english is necessarily not always the best but im working on it! So i've been working out like 1 year, but without any proper program, so when i was watching youtube i found this channel "scotthermanfitness". I decide immediately that now is my time to make the change: How i eat, how i train. So im really looking forward to train with this 12 weeks programm and im ready for hard work. As you can see from my profile, my goal is bodybuilding, i want to be self confident when im walking to the beach next summer.
