I'm a 17 year old guy from Michigan. Trying to lose more fat and gain leaner muscle, Been making progress, before I started working out, my Freshmen year I weighed 205 (All fat with next to no muscle) Sophmore year, I weighed 195 early on, then later I dropped to 185, then summer hit and I weighed 175, I managed to drop my self to 160lbs by Junior year. Now, approaching senior year, I have gained a bit more fat, but a ton more muscle, which is why I'm trying to lose the fat in order to make the muscle look better. My all time goal is a 12-15% body fat not sure what I am now (Think 20-25%). But, that's just a little about me.
