About Me
Addiction is a wicked thing. When I was 19, I started smoking to impress my girlfriend. That was 1992. 20 years later, I finally kicked smoking for good. I wish that was the end of the story. By 2014, I'd gained over 65 pounds. Although I enjoyed weight training since high school, I let other things in life take priority. Thus, junk food + sedentary lifestyle = my fat body. I'm turning 45 on February 24, I want to live past 75 for my kids. At 315 pounds, that is not likely. If you made it this far, thanks for reading! Bill Welman
